Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days if they are in new condition and in original packaging. There will be a 5% restocking fee.

Items damaged during shipping must be reported to Clip and Play within 1 week of receiving. Please send an email explaining what happened and attach a picture of broken item. clipandplayoboebassoon@gmail.com

It is your responsibility to inform us if you do not receive your order. We will not be responsible for lost packages which are not reported to us within 5 weeks of the order date.

$75.01-$100…………………….. $8.00

$100 and above………………….. $12.00

We use USPS. It may take 7-10 days for items to arrive after they are sent. The average time is 3 days. If you require RUSH delivery, please email us to discuss your special needs.
